Terms and Conditions 

Health and safety

  • A parent or carer always accepts full responsibly and supervision of their child/ren, including when leaving the room and or venue for any reason.

  • The activity floor and trays may become slippery, please walk, and take extra care to avoid injury. 

  • We recommend attending in clothing that both you and your child don’t mind getting dirty or stained. We take no responsibility or liability for any damage, stains, or marks to personal belongings and clothing.

  • All products used are non-toxic and taste proof, however products are NOT intended to be eaten. 

  • All products and resources are chosen with the knowledge that there will be constant adult supervision.

  • Please advise of any food allergies at time of booking, we will do our best to cater whenever possible, however we CANNOT guarantee an allergen free environment and take no responsivity or liability for any allergic reactions to products used. An additional allergy must be signed before the start of your first session. 

  • Please advise of any special need’s requirements at time of booking, we will do our best to be as inclusive as possible. 

  • Please advise a staff member immediately if any bodily fluid spills occur during a session.

  • If any incident or injury occurs, please let a staff member know to allow for an incident report to be taken. 



  • Please note that you take full responsibility for the session you book. No refunds will be given, and session swaps are NOT available. 

  • Please see a staff member upon entry to each session. 

  • Only ONE accompanying adult is permitted per booking, please discuss with staff if an extra adult plans to attend.   

  • Mess ‘n’ Me takes no responsibility should you not attend a session at the correct time. No refunds or session swaps will be given. 

  • Bookings must be made prior to attending a session. We reserve the right to turn you away if you do have not made a booking. 



  • Full payment I required at time of booking. 

  • Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes non-attendance due to illness.



  • Party bookings require a 50% deposit at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable within 14 days of the party. 

  • Party payment is to be paid in full within 7 days of the party. 

  • The full payment of the party, excluding the deposit is non-refundable within 7 days of the party.  



  • Mess ‘n’ Me may have to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. All participants will be contacted, and gift vouchers will be given, or an additional class offered. 


Photo consent 

  • Photos and small video clips will be taken during sessions and may be used for website and social media material. 

  • If you do not wish to have photos of yourself and/or your child taken, please state this on the enrolment form. 


Covid Safe plan 

  • All staff are fully vaccinated against covid 19.

  • We ask everyone to sign in with the Safe WA app or fill in the mandatory register upon entry into every class. 

  • A full attendance list will be kept for 12 weeks, in case of any contact tracing needs. 

  • Venue capacity limits will be followed in accordance with the WA government recommendations 

  • Sanitation stations will be provided at the entrance to all sessions, and we STRONGLY ENCOURAGE everyone to use these. 

  • If you or your child is unwell, we ask that you please NOT attend a session. 

  • If you and your child must isolate in accordance with WA Government recommendations, we will provide a gift voucher for missed sessions. Please note evidence of mandatory isolation will need to be provided. 

  • We will provide regular updates through social media and email as government recommendations change. 

  • If we are forced to cancel a session due to a Covid lockdown, a gift voucher or additional class will be provided to each participant.
